Iron Ore
KJS Ahluwalia Iron ore mines are part of KJS group business activities at Barbil (Orissa) having iron ore deposit of over USD 7,5 billion at current market price.
These mines are supplying iron to almost all the major steel plants in India.
Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant at Nugaon, Barbil (Odisha), is the biggest of its kind in Asia and uses the latest Japanese Technology.
Steel and Power
The group has 3 steel plants in Satna (Madhya Pradesh), Jaipur (Rajasthan) and Guali (Odisha) producing 3.30 Lacs MT/pa of Sponge Iron and 5 Lacs MT/pa of TMT bars with production of 32MW of Thermal Power.
A new unit for production of 350 Metric Ton per day sponge iron is near completion and shall be an integrated steel plant at Barbil.
Real Estate & Hospitality
KJS Group owns 3.6 million Sq Ft of prime commercial properties in New Delhi and NCR region which includes Shopping Malls, Hotels and Business Centers.
The group has a tie-up with Hotel Radisson Blu (Delhi).
The group is soon opening an urban lifestyle club ‘The Quoram’ at Two Horizon Center on Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. Its going to be spread over 22,000 sq. ft at Gurgaon’s landmark business commercial and retail hub.
The group is developing a new township with Godrej and is in advanced stages of setting up of resorts in Goa.
